I have been working at Leverage Marketing full-time (Less than a year)
I've been at Leverage for nearly a year, and it's basically a collection of people dedicated to the success of the company, and the success of its clients. While everyone puts in full-time hours, the company is very flexible with scheduling, allowing work from home or other remote locations, as well as working alternative schedules, when necessary. Everyone brings important skills to the table, and everyone is willing to work together for success. I feel comfortable going to any colleague for advice or to collaborate on solutions for clients.
You have to be able to thrive in ambiguity. Sometimes you have to be willing to scrap everything you've done and approach things from an entirely new perspective. Not for people who don't have a passion to continually learn and grow. Temporarily without a physical office (should be resolved in the coming months).
Advice to Management
As the company continues to grow, make sure to find ways to prioritize a collaborative atmosphere and avoid (or at least limit) compartmentalization.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Leverage Marketing (Austin, TX) in August 2016.
I completed a phone interview that was 20-30 minutes with the COO. The follow-up interview was in the office, which has a nice central location. I spent about 45 minutes with two senior employees. They were polite and nice and asked thorough questions. The office was small and clean, but not many windows and small work environment for those who are not managers.
