Good communication from management, experienced and professional Regional management, good support and resources. Company vehicle, good company benefits, quarterly commission structure. Management does not micromanage.
Too many accounts, large geographical territories, impossible to properly manage accounts. Commissions are meager and difficult to meet. Contests skewed to smaller territories.
Advice to Management
Enable us to have greater focus, it's so difficult to properly manage all of our varied accounts. Pay increases would enable us to feel valued and enabled. Recent merger has left us feeling overwhelmed and set for failure.

The interview process was pretty basic. More getting to know candidates as a person with some behavioral interview questions. Overall the process took about 2 weeks total from a phone screening to an in-person interview
