I have been working at Levvel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I honestly love working at Levvel. Every day I go to work I feel that I am challenged (in a good way), as well as respected and appreciated. There is a lot of flexibility and no one will try to micromanage you. Even with my senior-level experience I feel as though I am constantly growing and improving my skillset with each completed engagement, thanks to the variety of projects we get to work on. The people who work at Levvel are also super nice, smart, and overall fun to work with. There is always someone willing to help out if you are struggling with something or if you have questions about an unfamiliar topic. In the Charlotte office there are free snacks, drinks, and Friday lunches with plenty of nice culture events sprinkled throughout the year. No job is perfect of course, but Levvel comes pretty close for me.

    Cons

It is consulting, so be realistic with your expectations. Dealing with clients can be difficult at times, and there will occasionally be projects where you will need to go the extra mile and put in more hours than usual. I would say it could also be a bad fit if you're not a self-starter or great at managing your own time. But if you enjoy learning and are passionate about building digital products you will enjoy it.

    Advice to Management

Keep working hard to build a great company.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Levvel.

    Interview

Very basic interview. Meet with the head recruiter on campus and a year old hire who was an alum. Focused on my knowledge of and experience with back end processes, then when I told them I preferred front end design, they spoke to me about their Innovation Process.
