    I have been working at Liberty IT Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are MANY pros for working for Liberty IT Solutions. I work remotely so that is a huge pro as I have a young family. When leaving my previous profession, I wasn't sure if this was the right step for me, but that thought is no longer. The workload is tough but not overwhelming. The salary is competitive and when compared to the previous profession I held for 8+ years, MORE than acceptable. The insurance is great for a family. They offer 401K opportunities that match a very high percent. The "team" atmosphere is what I love. We work together on all projects and efforts. There is a "welcomed" atmosphere when questions are raised or when things are needed promptly. I am always a glad-to-help person and this company is parallel to this mindset.

    Cons

    As I mentioned, working remotely is a wonderful asset for this company and for my professional career. This has led to many exciting advancements. This also is a bit of a "con" because when working in an office setting, bonds can be formed, and work can be even more exceptional. I have found that even as a remote employee, I am "in the loop" and can keep in touch very easily with co-workers with the IT advancements and programs.

    Advice to Management

    I am always invited to advance in my profession. Learning things daily is aiding in my profession and I plan to continue to grow. This company helps this with providing exceptional opportunities with trainings and furthering my profession and knowledge. My superior is always helpful and gives positive feedback during the year, at team meetings, and in the final year review. I love how the goals are achievable and helpful to progress our team to an even better/prompt outcome with on-boarding contractors.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty IT Solutions (Melbourne, FL).

    Interview

    Had a quick phone interview, then came in for a very informal in person interview. Was told I was interviewing with 3 people, but only interviewed with 2. Toured the facility, which was awesome. The role sounded interesting and like something I'd be great at. The next week I received a canned rejection email from a job I didn't even apply for.
