Best Places to Work: 2018 (#97)
I have been working at Liberty National Life full-time (More than a year)
I have worked for Liberty National and the Mayo Agencies for almost two years, and as an Agency Director, I can say that the individuals who are willing to work for themselves and their future will succeed; 100% of the time.
It will require effort: if it were effortless, everyone would do it. That means it is a pro(con), because the hard work [blood/sweat/tears] gives one the satisfaction of success!!
I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty National Life.
Literally walk in, fill out a small form, hand them your resume, "Great! You are exactly what we are looking for!", sit in conference room with other interviewees and sit through an hour presentation about the company where you find out that you will actually be a salesman who also has to recruit other people. From my understanding, you will not get paid a base pay, only commission.
