    Easy Interview

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Liberty Power Corp (Pompano Beach, FL) in July 2017.

This was the oddest interview ever. It was positioned as a Panel Interview. The interviewers arrived very late and called all 5 applicants into one room together. We sat and introduced ourselves, then answered questions pop-corn style. Then we did a couple of group exercises aimed at assessing our level of agile understanding and values. It wasn't unengaging, however, the interview lasted for 2.5 hours.

Unless you're ready to spend most of your morning in an interview that would have lasted 40 minutes while hearing other people answer questions that would have been asked of you, I recommend that you avoid it.

They revealed in the interview that the biggest problem they have in their organization is communicating the reasons for their constant changing priorities to the people that are affected. They are "taking steps to get better".
