    Pros

Patient care comes first, there is not constant talk about number of visits. The staff all get along well, and work well together. Flexible schedules make it easy to work and have a family life. As an hourly clinician, I get paid for every hour I work. When traveling a great deal my quota is adjusted.

    Cons

no computer documentation resulting in poor communication. Our rehab supervisor is a nurse no a rehab clinician.

    Advice to Management

Get computerized documentation, increase time off.
