With every new group or “class” of full-time interns, we have orientation to set a foundation for the interns, cast vision for their internship, and allow them to hear from key leaders in our organization. This is just one of many development opportunities provided to interns!
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
What would you be doing if you could be doing anything?
Your work is a huge part of who you are.
If you made a list of must-haves for your next workplace, what would be on it? Are you looking for more than just an occupation? Are you seeking a challenge? Are you looking for a cause worth being devoted to? Do you want to work alongside friends, not just co-workers?
You’ve been given skills. You’ve been given passion. You’ve been given a drive to succeed. How are you going to use them?
At Life.Church, we believe a job is something you do, but a calling is who you are. We come from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds—many of us never worked for a church until we found our calling here. You might not have a church background or a degree in divinity, but you might be the person God is ready to use to help change eternity.
Our mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. That's how we're able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do. We don’t just hire employees—we empower enthusiastic leaders with the training, support, and development they need to grow the Kingdom.

I have been working at Life.Church full-time (More than 10 years)
The mission of Life.Church has remained the same throughout the years and keeps the entire staff focused. However, the way we go about achieving that mission has changed with the times to foster innovation and risk-taking ideas.
We also have a culture of development - both professional and personal. We all strive to improve and bring our best every day. This culture helps us to get out of the "that's how we always do it" mindset and encourages taking on challenges to stretch individuals to propel the organization forward.
Plus, there are great benefits and perks such as health care, FSA, employer-match 401k, and many more.
It's a growing, learning organization, so if you're not comfortable with change, pivots, and fast-paced work environment it might not be a fit for you.
I applied online. I interviewed at Life.Church (Edmond, OK) in April 2014.
Several Skype interviews followed by an intensive one day onsite. The one day onsite consisted of several panel interviews, testing, and a final meeting with the planned manager. Very thorough interview.
