Mission: To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
We are risk-taking, irrationally generous, spiritual contributors who bring our best, laugh hard, and honor God with integrity.

Are you a problem solver and a critical thinker who enjoys financial analysis? If so, you may be a great fit for our Digerati Budget and Finance Specialist position. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vImCC
We are faith-filled, big thinking, bet-the-farm risk takers. We will never insult God with small thinking and safe living
We are all about the capital "C" Church. The local church is the hope of the world, and we know we can accomplish infinitely more together than apart.
We give up things we love for things we love even more. It's an honor to sacrifice for Christ and His church.
We wholeheartedly reject the label mega-church. We are a micro-church with a mega vision.
We will do anything short of sin to reach people who don't know Christ. To reach people no one is reaching, we'll have to do things no one is doing.
We will lead the way with irrational generosity. We truly believe it more blessed to give than to receive.
We will laugh loud, hard and often. Nothing is more fun serving God with people you love.
We will always bring our best. Excellence honors God and inspires people.
We are spiritual contributors not spiritual consumers. The church does not exist for us. We are the church and we exist for the world.
What would you be doing if you could be doing anything?
Your work is a huge part of who you are. If you made a list of must-haves for your next workplace, what would be on it? Are you looking for more than just an occupation? Are you seeking a challenge? Are you looking for a cause worth being devoted to? Do you want to work alongside friends, not just co-workers?
You’ve been given skills. You’ve been given passion. You’ve been given a drive to succeed. How are you going to use them?
At Life.Church, we believe a job is something you do, but a calling is who you are. We come from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds—many of us never worked for a church until we found our calling here. You might not have a church background or a degree in divinity, but you might be the person God is ready to use to help change eternity.
Our mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. That's how we're able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do. We don’t just hire employees—we empower enthusiastic leaders with the training, support, and development they need to grow the Kingdom.
We care about your well-being, so you’ll receive quarterly reimbursements for gym memberships, sporting fees, fitness equipment and more.
High performance and high development are a focus at Life.Church. You’ll get the opportunities and feedback you need to grow spiritually and professionally. Each team member is allotted a budget to use toward resources like books, training seminars, and workshops.
Teams take time together away from the office to learn, get to know each other better, celebrate a job well done, and share ideas for what’s ahead.
We care about your future. That’s why we have a competitive 401K plan that offers matching up to 10% and make contributions on your behalf, even if you don’t buy in.
There’s a time to work, and then there’s a time to play hard. And we like doing both with our Life.Church family. We learn, play, and laugh together on a regular basis.
Working hard for something you believe in is incredibly rewarding. It takes a lot of energy, so our generous vacation policy allows you time off to relaxand recharge.
When you get better, we get better. So instead of a development program, we have a development culture. You’ll have opportunities, support, and plenty of feedback to help you grow professionally and spiritually.
Just like our church services, our dress code is simple: please do! Wear whatever makes you (and the people around you) ready to get the job done.
You make and take calls for work on your mobile phone, so, we reimburse staff for expenses incurred as part of your role at Life.Church.
You’ll have the tools you need to do your job with excellence. Just like we use technology in our efforts to reach people for Christ, you’ll be well equipped for your role.
I have been working at Life.Church full-time (More than 10 years)
The people I work with are talented, hard-working, passionate, and care about each other as people. We do fun, high quality, creative work. But then not only does it impact the thousands upon thousands of people who attend a Life.Church location, we get the most amazing stories from people around the world who use the resources, apps, curriculum, podcasts, graphics, and other spiritual growth materials for free. The generosity culture is truly amazing. What I'm most excited about though is that my kids grew up in this church and love Jesus, are engaged in serving and participating at church, and would consider working here at some point too. That's really saying something when they've grown up seeing behind the curtain.
Because of how passionate we are about directing our resources toward growth and our mission, don't expect the pay to be lavish or even comparable to other large churches. The best of the best work here because they want to be a part of this mission, not because they're going to get rich. You can support your family, but you're probably going to make more other places. If money, status, and notoriety are what you're after, do something else.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Life.Church (Oilton, OK).
I applied online to this role and they scheduled a phone interview. I was excited to talk to them and use my 20+ years of technical skills for good. The lady was nice, said I had great skills. But her only interest was in my faith, how religious I was. She asked me to tell her about when I accepted Christ into my life. While I'm deeply spiritual I am also very private. I am not an evangelist type. There were no questions related to the job or my technical skills. She is the front end "gate keeper" to see how religious I was. I was deeply disappointed in the process and finding out that they are very exclusive in this manner.
