Company Updates

  • Leadership isn’t about power, pride, or popularity. It’s about developing a posture of genuine love for your people and your mission. It takes guts to show that kind of emotion, and it takes self-awareness and intentionality to stamp out the feelings of pride that can come with leadership roles. Learn how to become a leader people love to follow in the newest episode of the Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast. #leadership #selfawareness #intentionality

  • COVID-19

Life.Church exists to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. It’s been our mission since we started in 1996, and it’s guided us every day since. That’s why we will do anything short of sin to reach people who do not know Christ. This vision has developed a culture focused on innovation and flexibility. We are technology-driven, irrationally generous, faith-filled, big-thinking, bet-the-farm risk-takers, with a heart for the “capital C” Church. When the global crisis of COVID-19 hit, we were able to quickly pivot to working 100% remotely for the safety of our staff as we continued our mission. We always lead to our mission and this pandemic hasn't changed that. Here’s a glimpse of the impact in this season.

What would you be doing if you could be doing anything?

Your work is a huge part of who you are.

If you made a list of must-haves for your next workplace, what would be on it? Are you looking for more than just an occupation? Are you seeking a challenge? Are you looking for a cause worth being devoted to? Do you want to work alongside friends, not just co-workers?

You’ve been given skills. You’ve been given passion. You’ve been given a drive to succeed. How are you going to use them?

At Life.Church, we believe a job is something you do, but a calling is who you are. We come from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds—many of us never worked for a church until we found our calling here. You might not have a church background or a degree in divinity, but you might be the person God is ready to use to help change eternity.

Our mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. That's how we're able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do. We don’t just hire employees—we empower enthusiastic leaders with the training, support, and development they need to grow the Kingdom.

LeadershipXP (LXP) is an internship program, and then some. We focus on developing each intern spiritually, personally, and professionally.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Have a personal coach who is specifically devoted to pouring wisdom into your life and building you up throughout the entire internship.
  • Be part of a forward-thinking, risk-taking, sold-out ministry that is making a lasting difference by leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
  • Develop under some of the best leaders in ministry and work in a team environment that encourages personal and professional growth

We wholeheartedly believe a daily rhythm of seeking intimacy with God has the power to transform lives.

That’s why YouVersion creates culturally relevant, biblically centered experiences that encourage and challenge people to seek God throughout each day. Through these experiences, we create opportunities fit for people’s daily routine, helping them form a spiritually-rich rhythm of seeking God intimately.

Our hope is that each person in our community is on an active journey to become who God made them to be, abiding in Him, and drawing closer every day.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life.Church.

    Interview

Life.Church's process is very detailed, lengthy and fun. They hire top notch people from each field, so they are very intentional in their interview process. The last part of my interview process involved me bringing my husband to a panel interview. I really appreciated and enjoyed that part of the process.
