Rate of pay is the reason they cannot get hires to come on board or stay for any period of time here in NY.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Storage in May 2016.
I received a call from a corporate recruiter who then did a brief 15 minute screening interview and then interviewed with the hiring manager. The interviewer was unprepared for the interview and I had to reach out at the scheduled time to initiate the process. After completing the interview, I was told that I would be progressed to the next step, but after no follow up and reaching out to the hiring manager there was still no follow up.
