Advice to Management
Need to offer room for growth
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Life Technologies (Carlsbad, CA) in June 2016.
Interviewed with 3-4 people initially over the phone and then went in for an in person interview with an additional 5-6 people. They hyped the opportunity and then went completely dark after the final interviews. This is not how a recruiting process should go. Very bad impression and follow-up. Pathetic really.
