The process started with Yoga audition, in which the teaching capability and confidence level was tested. I got selected in the initial process then went through an interview with studio manager who understood the years of experience I carry, my attitude etc. Later I went through another direct interview with the General Manager and got selected.

Feel proud of the way you look! Our uniform guide for club and professional team members has a refreshed look. While the change may be small for some, we saw the transition to a gender-neutral uniform guide necessary to continue a culture of respect for everyone and foster a community of inclusivity. We moved away from binary descriptions and improved imagery that represents everyone. All Team Members now follow a "what fits best" approach, selecting from a wide range of unisex tops and bottoms and suggested attire. Explore more of our inclusion initiatives and our community of care!

“I’ve been with Life Time since the Burlington grand opening in 2018. From Burlington, I taught at Chestnut Hill and Boston Metrowest. I now teach at Life Time Northshore and absolutely loving it. I’m a cycle and studio performer and, my goal is to grow with the company, take on more responsibility and become certified in other areas of fitness. Life Time allows me to be me, personally and professionally. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression and is diagnosed with bipolar and PTSD, I am grateful for my profession and mentors who have given me a healthy outlet. I take these challenges in stride and use them to better connect with my members. I share my passion for exercise with Life Time members and make sure participants have the best experience possible in my class. With Life Time’s support and appreciation, I feel empowered. I’m honored and grateful to be a part of this community of like-minded people, who genuinely believe we can have a positive effect on others, improving both physical and mental health through a friendly, inviting, environment.” – Dina Metrano
