Pros

Working with a wonderful team to help teenage boys learn to make good decissions and care about people. But mostly, the LOVE of JESUS.

Cons

It can be hard work. But it is very gratifying. Can be long hours but it is great pay. Learning how to work with the boys to reach them and then teach them.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
