I have been working at Liftoff (Palo Alto, CA) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Unlike many other startups I've worked with over the past 15 years, Liftoff is a very well run organization. The environment is friendly, the management team is focused and all areas of the company - sales, adops, product, engineering, marketing, support - execute at a very high level. Much of this can be attributed to a rigorous hiring and on-boarding process with only top talent making their way into the company.

Even with rapid hiring and growth over the past two plus years, the culture remains strong and cohesive with little-to-no politics within the organization. People are motivated and invest a lot of care into their work. I can wholeheartedly recommend Liftoff as a fantastic place to work, with all the benefits we've come to appreciate from forward-thinking tech companies in the bay area.

    Cons

Don't really have any cons or areas for improvement. When something needs improvement, management is very quick to address the issue.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Remain responsive to employee needs. Continue making smart decisions.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Liftoff (Palo Alto, CA).

    Interview

Liftoff's interview process is very well-structured. The interviewers are incredibly nice, but they will ask probing questions so be prepared to dive deep into your answers and explain your thought process. Everyone you interview with will be very friendly, which is a good representation of the office as a whole.
