    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liftoff (Palo Alto, CA) (Palo Alto, CA) in December 2017.

    Interview

Interview process is very streamlined and straight forward. The first step was speaking with the recruiter. Amanda is by far one of the best recruiters I have met, and was very transparent, responsive and on top of everything during the whole process.
Second step - completing an assignment, after which they let you know if you made the next round. The final round is speaking with 4 people in the team. The questions involved case studies, exercises, analytical capabilities, brain teasers and some behavioral questions. The people I spoke to are very smart as well as friendly. I have a very positive outlook of the company and think it has a great future. Unfortunately, I was unable to join due to having to relocate to the Bay Area.
