    Commercial Operations Team Interview

    Negative Experience

Standard interview process - phone screen with recruiter, then a test to see your skills. After this, call with hiring/team manager.

I've noticed during job searching in the time of COVID-19 that recruiters have been telling prospects about things to work on, so that we may improve in the job search process. What initially attracted me to work for this company was their great reviews here, followed by my interaction with recruiters who seemed they were on top of the everything. However, this all stopped when they left me hanging after they said would provide feedback and didn't. It's not necessary to inform people of why they didn't move forward in the process, but considering the fact that they SAID they would (and in the time of COVID-19), made me think less of them .

I've come across other companies that would provide feedback, which has been very helpful and it's helped improve my perspective of those companies that are willing to help even though they don't have to. Unfortunately, Liftoff doesn't seem to be one of those companies.
