Lots of opportunity to make changes that will ensure a long road ahead for this company. Great people what are often the main reason for staying, in addition to good work/life balance and benefits.
The company is at a pivotal point. They need to make a lot of changes, and they aren't easy ones. If they aren't made, all the pros of the company will be outweighed by the fact that the business is plateauing.
Advice to Management
Invest in key talent for areas where the business has changed and requires new skills not found in the firm already. Cut parts that don't serve a purposes anymore. Focus on growth opportunities, not on where growth used to come from. Tie technology directly back into the business and where revenue comes from. Protect your biggest assets by looking at what is needed to grow them now- not how it used to work.

Then the following happened: 1. Phone interview with manager 2. Skype interview with manager 3. Phone interview with manager's supervisor 4. Received the offer
