    Pros

    Great people to work with, feels like a family. New Sr Client Executives provide great leadership. Always looking for ways to improve, planning for future, and cares about individuals. Company provides individual training and lots of opportunity. Linbeck has one of best reputations in industry. Salary & benefits are at top end of industry.

    Cons

    Life/work balance more difficult on some projects.
