I have been working at Lincoln Memorial University full-time

    Pros

I have over 30 years of business experience and I have been with LMU for almost a year. And this has definitely been the best work experience I have encountered. Everyone is helpful, friendly and interested in my personal success. I am so glad that I joined the LMU family.

    Cons

LMU is growing and there are some growing pains but overall nothing at all to complain about.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the GREAT work!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 11+ months. I interviewed at Lincoln Memorial University (Harrogate, TN).

    Interview

Typical interview process: online application, telephone interview and face-to-face interviews with multiple individuals and teams. The Human Resources Department managed the entire process. The processes seem detailed, but communication between the hiring department and HR themselves seems unclear as I received conflicting messages from HR and the manager who eventually hired me.
