Linda Werner is a very small company with very low overhead which allows them to provide very competitive compensation to their employees who work for Microsoft compared to other vendor companies. They always respond promptly to any issues internally and externally.
Because they are a small firm with just a small group clients, there is little room to grow within the company and very little possibility to stay with them and be contracted out to another firm.
Advice to Management
I recommend that they keep this small business model. The care and attention they are able to give as a small firm is appreciated. That might be lost if they got any bigger.
