I have been working at Line 6 full-time (More than a year)
Way more pros than I've ever had anywhere else period. Very smart and dedicated group of people who still know how and when to have fun when they aren't changing the world of music technology. Not just another "job". Good benefits, flex schedules, occasional happy hours, and amazing musicians.
Company was recently purchased after a few years of rough water. Needs to re-stabilize and take back the market share and profits it used to have and continue to innovate.
Advice to Management
Recognize and reward talent and dedication for new and tenured employees alike. Hold more company events and team building exercises. Keep visibility high and open doors.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Line 6.
There were lots of different interviews with people. In total I think there ere four, and one of them was a group interview with the team I was to be managing
