I like the company. The rules are a little too ridged but overall a really decent company. The pay is ok. The people are great though. Good people. Management on the whole are good people.
The drug policy sucks big-time. Randoms all the time. Which I personally believe is an invasion of privacy. Other than that though... it really is a pretty great company!
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing. I like the leadership a lot. Even upper management are good decent people in my opinion.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Link-Belt (Lexington-Fayette, KY).
Standard. Typical company interview process. Nothing new or weird here. I have to give 30. Words but honestly it's not that intense. It's an interview. Know you're skill and you'll do fine
