I have been working at Link Technologies (Las Vegas) full-time (More than 8 years)

At Link Technologies even if you only have a little experience in the IT industry they will train you up to learn the industry to help you become a successful recruiter.

When you have someone who is not doing their job even with help and training and complains about others or complains on public forums is awful. If your work habit is that why you will never be productive at anything you do.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the great work. Take a lot of the negative responses in stride, most of those are individuals that even with all the training and help could not preform their job duties and are now upset and need to blame someone.

    Difficult Interview

They had several people interview me and the CEO. They all tried to be demeaning and make me feel less than during the interview and continued to do so long after being hired. I am not sure why they hire anyone who is not a family member of in their favoritism circle. It is a very strange place to be working.

    Interview Questions

    • There weren't any hard questions. The people interviewing me were not competent to interview someone with my skills and experience. They all acted very insecure.   Answer Question
