Great work environment. Great colleagues. Really made me feel very welcomed during my first few days as an intern. Supervisor was really helpful and willing to teach.
Too much flexibility, no structured programs for interns. But because of that, high learning curve depending on your willingness to learn the ropes.

More structured internship program or maybe goal setting or reviews/ feedback.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Links International (Singapore (Singapore)) in July 2015.
The company was very high tech. I am given a tablet to fill up their application form. Overall the interview was great as the environment makes me feel very comfortable.
Staff who frequently take days off sick and come to work on an intermittent basis can affect the company's overall performance. What can we do about it?
