    Great work environment. Great colleagues. Really made me feel very welcomed during my first few days as an intern. Supervisor was really helpful and willing to teach.


    Too much flexibility, no structured programs for interns. But because of that, high learning curve depending on your willingness to learn the ropes.

    Advice to Management

    More structured internship program or maybe goal setting or reviews/ feedback.
