I worked at Links International (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment. Great colleagues. Really made me feel very welcomed during my first few days as an intern. Supervisor was really helpful and willing to teach.

    Cons

Too much flexibility, no structured programs for interns. But because of that, high learning curve depending on your willingness to learn the ropes.

    Advice to Management

More structured internship program or maybe goal setting or reviews/ feedback.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Links International (Singapore (Singapore)) in July 2015.

    Interview

The company was very high tech. I am given a tablet to fill up their application form. Overall the interview was great as the environment makes me feel very comfortable.

Top 5 Cases of Payroll Fraud and Why SMEs Are Most at Risk

By Zac Ma - Associate Director, SEA Sales, Links International Singapore I recently attended a seminar on combatting occupational fraud. Given the sensitivity of payroll data and the importance of security involved in payroll processing , this sparked my interest to dig more into the subject from a payroll management standpoint in Singapore.I discovered a lot of interesting statistics.
