    Pros

Company is structured so that processes can be done systematically.

    Cons

Management controls the whole company operation. Everyone else is on a need to know basis.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes it would be beneficial for the people actually prcoessing the work to know what is going on. Micro management on all decisions is not the most efficient way that things gets done

    Negotiation

I was able to negotiate as they have a tendency to try to low ball so know you value and stick to your guns as it shows drive and assertiveness that is necessary to be successful
