Mission: LiquidAgents Healthcare's mission is to serve healthcare facilities by providing
proven, experienced healthcare professionals, staffing flexibility, industry-leading credentialing methods, and dedicated customer support.
I have been working at LiquidAgents Healthcare full-time (More than a year)
I have been with LiquidAgents Healthcare for over 2 years now and I feel like it's time to provide my feedback.
When leaving this office, I always have the feeling of accomplishment and pride. LiquidAgents helps me strive in the work area as well as outside in my personal life and that is a huge highlight for me. All managers are there to support your growth at all times and the room for opportunity is exponential!! LAH provides in-class training as well as hands on! Need more training bc you just do not feel comfortable? They will provide it. The people training have been through just about everything on the floor so the knowledge in each field is excellent. From day one at LiquidAgents they told me that I have the chance to run the company one day - should my heart desire it. NEVER have I heard that kind of inspiration from a boss. I truly enjoy EVERYONE that I work with and cherish the advice and one on ones with the CEO & CFO.
Not to mention LAH has/provides the greatest perks - surround sound speakers in office so we are always jamming. Flat screen tvs, coffee/espresso machine, ping pong and shuffle board in cafe! Beer cart Fridays with early outs, concert tickets, company happy hrs and fun outings with family invited. Pays days are out of this world! But that is not what drives me to keep going with LAH as you have read in my intro. You can be rich but if you are not truly happy then what's the point.... I think I have made mine.. :D
Just apply and interview.. You will not regret it.
Some might be timid while working on the same floor with both CEO and CFO.
Dont be. They are people too - they have just been here from the start.
Production numbers can be stressful. Just work hard and ask for help if needed.
Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at LiquidAgents Healthcare (Plano, TX) in December 2012.
The interview process starts with an interview with usually one person from management. Within this interview they tell you what to expect in the actual role, but then leave out entirely the timeframe you have to work within before you are fired. They are very oriented towards people who can invest all of their time, even personal time to the company. They will ask you your plans for higher education and emphasize that while they appreciate getting an education, just don't do it while working for them within your first year of employment.
If you pass the first phase, you email or call their front desk person in which the employer will also tell the front desk person their decision to move forward with you. If both answers from both you and the employer match, you are scheduled for a second interview, usually with upper management. This interview will be more geared towards them re-emphasizing the expectations they will have of you in the position then they sweeten up the deal by telling you the perks, like wearing shorts, early-out on Fridays, coffee bar, snacks, etc.
They called you to tell you that you were offered a position. They will verbally brief you of your pay scale, benefits, when your pay will increase, when you get your commission, your first start date and what to bring on the first day.
We are super excited to kickstart 2017 in our new corporate offices located at 5810 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 300, Plano, TX. We welcome you to stop by and check it out. But beware - you may be challenged to a shuffleboard or ping pong match!
