More of a piece of advice as opposed to a con: It's incredibly fast-paced. If you are not ok with a rapidly evolving company, it's not the place for you.

Starting with basic aptitude test and then followed by an technical round where you would be asked roughly 20 to 30 questions and then a managerial and HR round together. All the questions were based on simple HTML, CSS and SQL.
