I have been working at Lithia Motors full-time (More than 3 years)
Relaxed company culture at corporate. The people are nice. Great place for growth, if you don't mind getting paid poorly.
Pay is low and benefits need improvement. They try to pay people in "atmosphere" at the company. Admins are called "analyst" or "specialist" and don't analyze anything .
Advice to Management
Hire people experienced/qualified to do the job and pay them appropriately. Rapid growth has caused a lot of this disorganization.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lithia Motors (Medford, OR).
Their interview process is extremely convoluted, disorganized, and misleading. They won't give you a timeline of when they're going to make a decision and they're super passive aggressive in describing to you what exactly they are looking for. Be prepared to not get any answers about what exactly they're looking for and then have them change their mind about the desired qualifications.
