Pros
The best team and environment I could have asked for. Not sure you can find much else like it out there. The team is great to work with, and is an absolute inspiration. There's a ton of freedom to work on important and impactful projects (as there tend to be with startups), but the value on work/life balance has been a huge bonus. It's probably the best environment you could hope for.
Cons
Honestly I'm just here filling this out cause glassdoor is making me. so that I can look at some stats that I was curious about. There really isn't anything that I'd find worth putting out there for the internet to read.
