    Technical Writer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Wrocław (Poland)

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LiveChat (Wrocław (Poland)) in March 2018.

    Interview

This was a three-stage interview: after being contacted by email, we first had a phone call (ca. 20 minutes) with the HR person, then I went for a face-to-face interview (ca. 40 minutes) with the HR person and the head of my department(-to-be), and finally, I showed up at LiveChat's office for one day work trial, which I can describe as easy going and with no real pressure to feel, well, anywhere, I had to complete some tasks specific to this job, which was really fine by me. This was around two weeks time for me, from applying online to getting the job offer (that was mostly due on my own availability, I guess it could have been even shorter otherwise). Very positive experience, no problem getting along with these guys and negotiating the salary or asking any questions.
