    Pros

    Bright future ahead, time of creation and Innovation.
    • Fun - This specific time is the most fun I’ve had in my career, took the legacy platform out. ; we have a blast working together
    • Challenging - we’ve got a lot of super smart people at Liveperson and they love how much they’re challenged with new things to figure out - rarely a dull moment ,you can absolutely sense how much everyone rallies around being part of building something great
    • Leadership - we have many talented leaders in this company, truly a special blend of intelligent, high character and determined people hope no more changes in leadership pace.
    • Team - Tech support is an amazing combination of super talented, committed, helpful and engaged people that truly operates as a team and hold this vision establishment. Introduction of a new platform will raise or fall on Tech support.

    Cons

    Under paid, support team need to be more in the center and provide vital feedback on stability, quality and value. not there yet. The team must get more resources.
    The connection btw field and product house need to be changed. it's a key

    Stay solid, listen to the engineers, and get new deals in!

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at LivePerson (New York, NY).

    Interview

    The process was pretty long. I had an initial interview with the recruiter then a 30min phone interview with the hiring manager a week later. The third interview was in-person where I was given a tour of the office and met with the hiring manager, recruiter and someone from the Georgia office via Skype (which took 2 hours). I was happy to make it to the final round where I met with the HR Director, Controller and Director of Excellence (which took about an 1.5 hours). I was told by the hiring manager that I would be contacted no later than 2 weeks with a decision.

    The next day I emailed the recruiter asking for the email addresses of the interviewers and she told that me she wasn't able to give them out but I could send them to her and she would forward them so I did. I received an email from the recruiter days later letting me know that the letters were sent. She also informed me that she will be in touch sometime that week regarding "next steps". I got excited thinking "next steps" meant hiring process but later realized that wasn't the case. A week letter and still no email so I decided to follow up and I never received a response. I decided to email the hiring manager and he said a decision hasn't been made and that he would tell the recruiter to follow up me.

    It's been over 3 weeks since my final interview and I think it's safe to say I didn't get the job. After a month of interviewing and taking some time off from my current job I don't think it's too much to except some type of follow up. My experience was positive until this point.
