Giving Spaces

Our mission is to help everyone create a better home. A home where you can find support, security, comfort and beauty. We host giving campaigns and partner with foundations that have a similar purpose, so we can expand our efforts to a variety of communities in need, from veterans and foster care children, to victims of recent disasters, including Hurricane Harvey and the California fires.

Because one of the most vital essentials is a safe place to sleep, we have set up ongoing mattress donations through our Revive Sleep Centers, and we extend giving opportunities to our guests through special, continual events.

    Pros

    Environment that conducive to both personal and professional growth. Tons of opportunity and a job where they truly care about you as a person and not just a number.

    Competitive Pay, Benefits and an actual Work Life Balance which is pretty rare in retail.

    Cons

    Growing company going through normal growing pains. Not everything works and we have to try things out. You must be very adaptable.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Living Spaces (Menifee, CA).

    Interview

    I applied online and within a couple of weeks I was contacted to come in for an interview. I arrived about 5-10 minutes early and was made to wait past the time of my scheduled interview. I interviewed with the Visual Manager and his manager. The interview lasted about 30 mins and they asked basic questions. Nothing too hard, nothing memorable. They finished with asking if I had any questions, which I can never think of then let me know that they would get back to me soon.
