This is a great place to work! In-depth one-on-one training, open-minded bosses, a friendly, hardworking team. All the feedback I’ve received has always been constructive and positive. They always want to build up the team and provide us with valuable lessons that will last a lifetime. To top it off, the flexibility of working with LocalFi is awesome. It is very deadline oriented, but you are able to work around your own personal schedule and even have the opportunity to travel. I was able to take a trip to Oregon from Arizona and was still able to do some work while on the trip, thanks to the flexibility of living The LocalFi Lifestyle!

No cons to be listed, just wish I could see our team more in person!! But our weekly meetings and one-on-one meetings are always an exciting part of the day.
