I worked at Lodgian full-time (More than 10 years)
Company was true to employees and leadership. Allowed a good range of freedom and had a sound structure. Great focus on HR, Revenue management, and operations.
Company was doomed from onset due to fiscal instability. It was one of the rare publicly traded owner/operator hotel companies, but didn't always capitalize on it's strengths.
Advice to Management
It's all over now.
Interview process was BS free. They got right down to the point and didn't waste much time in making decisions. 2rds of interview and they were very honest with their feedback
Didn't really negotiate... Was content with the offer
