    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loft9 Consulting (Seattle, WA) in July 2018.


    Interview processes come in 4 stages.

    1) Submit written assignment via email (mainly focused on cultural fit assessment)
    2) 1:1 Interview at casual setting (coffee shop). Mainly check cultural and personality fit to the company
    3) 1:1 Interview with Senior consultant to assess your skill and knowledge. Interview was conducted at a coffee shop
    4) 1:1 Final interview with Senior management to assess your hands on experience. 2 real case scenarios are given to you. You can spend 10 - 15 minutes to come up with your analysis, consultations. Interview was held at their office in Bellevue (WeWork)

    Within every step of the interview, Loft9 commits to deliver their decision within 48 hrs.
    It speaks well about the company, that they have refined process and upper managements can make decisions fast. Very agile culture.

    All the personnel I interacted with were very smart, friendly and genuine. All spoke how they enjoy working for Loft9 and support they receive by other peers are great.

    Interviews 1) and 2) are carefully assess how your personality fits to the company, potentially to add positive elements to compliment their culture.

    3) Focused on skill set analysis. Make sure you know the terminologies and methodologies used by consulting industry. Project management, Business Process Improvement tools and techniques, Business Analysts. Duration 60 min

    4) Focused on your ability to provide professional consultative services to the real case scenarios. I think there are various answers to the given assignment, no right or wrong, just like in our real life.
     What they are trying to assess is that you have a real life experiences dealing with clients and can speak your opinion/advice with confidence in professional manner. Don't worry if you don't know the answer. Use your common sense and provide what you can deliver. Duration 60-90 min

    This was the best interview experience so far!
    Somewhat challenging but you can tell the process is well refined and I can see why Loft9 are getting over 4.5 stars.

    They do carefully choose their consultants and you should be very proud if you get an offer from them :)
