    Pros

    I've been working at LogiGear for a number of years. The friendly culture and the small company work environment allows an individual to take on new opportunities and develop professionally. Challenging technical projects working alongside talented and hard working team members.

    Cons

    The coordination and communication between US and VN needs some improvement.

    I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LogiGear (Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)) in January 2012.

    Interview

    _1 round with HR. Test IQ, critical thinking, English and simple testing stuffs.
    _1 round with PM or lead. Ask about testing skills and experience. Seem to care more about theory than practice.
    _Final round with HR (can be on the phone). Deal salary based on your technical result.

    Interview Questions

    • _Testing types: regression, smoke, stress, load, performance.
      _How to handle a situation.
      _Domain knowledge about things in your CV.
      _(Very) Simple coding exercise.
      _How to test a certain object like a pen, a table, white board, room, elevator ...
      _Some management questions if you apply for senior position.
      _Some items in a bug report.
