    I worked at LogiGear full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    LogiGear has a great culture. The people were friendly and the company had a very collaborative environment. Thought leadership prevailed and everyone including the CEO was receptive to feedback. A great office location was a huge plus.

    Cons

    The company banked on few large accounts and failed to seize good opportunities partly due to lack of resources and attrition.

    Advice to Management

    The company should try and diversify its portfolio.

    I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LogiGear (Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)) in January 2012.

    Interview

    _1 round with HR. Test IQ, critical thinking, English and simple testing stuffs.
    _1 round with PM or lead. Ask about testing skills and experience. Seem to care more about theory than practice.
    _Final round with HR (can be on the phone). Deal salary based on your technical result.

    Interview Questions

    • _Testing types: regression, smoke, stress, load, performance.
      _How to handle a situation.
      _Domain knowledge about things in your CV.
      _(Very) Simple coding exercise.
      _How to test a certain object like a pen, a table, white board, room, elevator ...
      _Some management questions if you apply for senior position.
