We are so proud of our interns. It's half way through their internship and they are doing amazing work.
LogicMonitor is the automated SaaS-based IT performance monitoring platform that enables complex and agile companies to easily and cost-effectively monitor their entire IT infrastructure stack. Our company is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, with offices in Austin, Texas, London, China, and Singapore.
LogicMonitor provides hosted monitoring for the entire technology stack — storage, servers, networks, applications, virtualization, and cloud — in a single, unified solution. LogicMonitor includes built-in monitoring, alerting, and graphing for all devices found in the data center. LogicMonitor is changing the way IT infrastructure is monitored with its cloud-based, highly automated, and easy to deploy solution.
LogicMonitor makes optimal performance easy, not just for the IT teams we help but for our team members as well. We know only happy people can truly thrive, which is why we take care of our team.
Do what you love and have an awesome time doing it. We’re a team of engaging, motivated, intelligent, and energized trouble-shooters who work hard, play hard, and are committed to making an impact. We've got a cast of characters that is hard not to like: geeks who surf, techies that rock climb, and data gurus who love biking and hiking.
We value our quality of life so it's a no-brainer that our headquarters are located in Santa Barbara.
We're after the ultimate pursuit, a fulfilling career and the endless summer: surf, sun, and the great outdoors. Come ride the wave with us.
We’ve based our Customer Success team in Austin to support our customers with the smartest folks around who have that healthy dose of southern hospitality.
We love everything this vibrant city has to offer-live music, good barbeque, and hiking in hill country. Ready to join in on the fun?
As much as we love our work, we know it's important to get away too. We value output, not desk time so you can just take the time you need off.
We’re so serious about you being recharged that we go above and beyond your regular paid vacations. You’ll get an extra $1,000 when you take a week off of work and fully unplug (no work, no exceptions!).
Our team is covered for health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Free for you and subsidized for the family because if they’re anything like you, we're sure we’ll love them.
We take snacks seriously. Raid our fully stocked kitchen and don't forget to top it off with a tasty beverage at the end of a satisfying workday.
We know you are here to shape LogicMonitor's future. And we want to help shape yours as well. Is there a class you want to enroll in? A seminar you want to attend? Go for it. On our dime.
Free Gym & Yoga
We have a holistic approach to self care. Take advantage of our monthly gym stipend, weekly yoga classes, basketball games, and team hikes. It's our way of saying namaste for your slam dunk work.
We are high performers always wanting to learn more. Read your way through our Kindle library and join us for our tech talks and guest speakers.
Bring Your Whole Self to Work
We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. This means you'll have the opportunity to work with the best and brightest from different backgrounds.
We know we can only achieve greatness with a top notch team. So that's why we surround ourselves with an awesome team who are your friends and mentors alike.
I have been working at LogicMonitor full-time
The people here are bright, collaborative, and embrace a big future. Everyone is working together towards a common goal and we are celebrating the many successes along the way. We work really hard but support each other and make sure to incorporate lots of laughs everyday. The office is beautiful- from the 5th floor in downtown Santa Barbara (a rare perspective) we can see the glistening Pacific ocean to the left and the Los Padres mountains to the right. The benefits are great: 100% employer paid for medical/dental/vision for employee only, stock options, daily company sponsored workouts, stocked kitchen, $100 gym/parking stipend, fun events, and professional development reimbursement.
With growth, comes the growing pains of needing to change to become a larger company. I see it as a unique opportunity to take initiative, grow your career and build new things!
Advice to Management
Stay connected with the people and keep our culture strong as we grow. Make sure that the infrastructure and people support teams grow proportionately to continue providing excellent service to our people and the business.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA) in October 2016.
I was emailed by the recruiter. She messaged me and raised my interest about the company and asked if I was interested in learning more about the position etc. Following this initial encounter she encouraged me to apply and send in a cover letter and resume for the position. After submitting my application, they got back to me a few days later to schedule a 30 minute initial phone interview with the manager of talent acquisition. At the end of the phone call I was invited to a face to face interview in the Santa Barbara headquarters where I would meet various employees. Here I interviewed with five people: the recruiter, manager of talent acquisition, the sales manager, director of marketing and a senior sales representative. Everyone was really excited about the product and had a lot of great things to say about the company. They really wanted to know if you were a good fit for the culture they keep near and dear to them. The office was bright and had a ton of cools perks inside, the company really seemed focused on their culture and work-life balance. Everyone that I talked to was incredibly intelligent and seem dedicated to the success of the company. I left the interview energized by the excitement over the great product and felt like there was a huge opportunity for growth and professional development starting at a company growing so rapidly.
