LogicSource – Why Work For Us?

LogicSource® is owned and operated by an experienced group of global business veterans who came together under the common goal to radically change the way sourcing and procurement works.

We observed that better buying requires more than advice – it requires execution, assets and transparency. We also determined that real solutions to complex problems simply cannot be found without an upfront financial commitment. Our investment-based business model is unique in the industry and sets us apart as the firm willing to put our own money on the line for our clients’ success.

We’ve reinvented sourcing and procurement with an execution-based, fully transparent business model that ensures clients don’t spend a dime until they see results. By assembling proven, pre-built assets, including our world-class supplier ecosystem, sourcing and procurement operations center (SPOC), and leading OneMarket® technology, we execute rapidly deployable, customized solutions that deliver immediate savings and sustainable value.

Our people gain exposure to projects and clients spanning a broad set of categories across multiple industries. Opportunities for getting involved, whether working across functions or learning a new category abound. People who are willing to work hard and “get their uniform dirty” will find success at LogicSource.

Our business model reflects our culture – radically different and rife with opportunity to make a difference. Our professionals enjoy the intellectual stimulation, challenge and satisfaction that only a sophisticated organization, coupled with relevant and meaningful business challenges to solve, can afford.

You won’t be held back here – we thrive through the innovation, dedication, and integrity our professionals bring to the table. Our core values – ownership, entrepreneurialism, transparency and confidence – were never mandated, and codifying them was as simple as acknowledging and defining the attributes of our people.

For the past four years, LogicSource team members have actively participated in Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s Alex’s Million Mile supporting pediatric cancer research.

The goal of this annual event is to collectively run, walk or bike one million miles and beyond during a single month: September, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, to raise awareness of pediatric cancer and to fundraise for a cure.

This September, we proudly blew away our 2015 results, raising more than $115,000! The Warriors for a Cure team finished #1 in fundraising for the fourth year in a row with great support from our people and our community.

At LogicSource we work hard, train hard, play hard and give back. We’re very proud of these great cultural attributes! Alex’s Lemonade Stand is just one of the great organizations our associates proudly support.

Visit the Warriors for a Cure team page at: https://www.alexslemonade.org/mypage/1222819

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s mission is to raise money and awareness of childhood cancer causes, primarily for research into new treatments and cures, and to encourage and empower others, especially children, to get involved and make a difference for children with cancer.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LogicSource (Norwalk, CT) in July 2018.

    Interview

Internal Director of Talent reached out directly to me. From our first conversation I felt that I was speaking with an honest, transparent recruiter (which are often hard to find). I moved very quickly to a series of remote interviews and had robust conversations with the Managing Partners that I spoke with. Overall great experience. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with any one of my interviewers again.
