ProsGreat family, supportive atmosphere even with working remotely. A lot of upper management support. Also a lot of growth both professionally and personally.
ConsThere are some growing pains with a fast growing company. Having to adapt to new things often can add some stress but knowing that you have support from your team and upper management makes it easier.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Logical Position (United States)
InterviewI thought the interview format was fine, except some of the questions were redundant for an entry-level position. The initial phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, during which time the interviewer gave me some information about this role, and asked me some questions, which were not very difficult, but they were relevant to the position. The second interview was a remote video chat, close to one hour long, with two team leaders. It largely paralleled the phone interview, except they covered the position more in depth. The third remote interview was less than an hour long, but it was more of a challenge. As with the first two interviews, I answered all of their questions, but still didn't get the job. I asked for some feedback, but they went silent on me, so I don't know what the problem was. This position was listed as "open" on their Careers page for months, but to date I have not seen any new hires on their staff page. Go figure.
Most of their questions were concerning my experience, and fit for the position. In the final round, there were also a couple of decision-making and puzzle-solving problems.Answer Question
