Health Screenings – Each Spring, employees can receive a health screening (paid by Logicalis) that includes a Health Risk Appraisal, Biometric Testing, Written Report of findings and recommendations, and an option for a Phone Consultation allowing you to review your screening results with a healthcare provider. You have the option of scheduling a health screening at a Logicalis office or in your home.
Health Advocate – The nation’s leading healthcare advocacy and assistance company offers three valuable services to Logicalis employees, their spouses, children, parents and parent-in-laws. The Healthcare Help service features personalized help to resolve clinical and insurance-related issues. The EAP+Work/Life program offers short-term counseling and support for personal, family and work issues. The Health Cost Estimator+ tool is an easy-to-access online pricing tool available to help you compare prices and providers so you will not overpay for your healthcare. Health Advocate is available 24/7, and ensures that all personal information is kept confidential and private.
Telemedicine – Logicalis Blue Cross Blue Shield members and covered dependents can consult with a board-certified doctor, any time and place with 24/7 online health care through Amwell. Common issues addressed include cold, flu, fever, rash, sinus or ear infections, pinkeye, headaches, etc.
Identity Theft – Logicalis partners with IdentityTheft911 to provide you with access to identity theft services should your identity be compromised or you think it may be compromised.
“Give Back to the Community" Day of Service – You are provided 8 hours of paid work time annually to "give back" to the community; you decide how/when/where you will "give back"; all that’s needed is your manager’s advance approval.
Holiday Charities – When funds are available, you can nominate charities from across the US to receive a cash donation from Logicalis prior to December 25th; since 2009, in excess of $275,000 was distributed based upon which charities were selected by Logicalis employees who live in each geographical area of the country.

The new management is constantly working to improve performance, quality of life and overall focus.
People above local management still do not understand what it takes to really make the business successful and make technical decisions based on their perception and not the technical viewpoint. They would rather suffer and buy something small than get the right device for the job.
Advice to Management
Local management, keep going, doing great. Above local management, listen to your technical people who deal with problems every day. They actually know what they are talking about and want to help.
I applied online. I interviewed at Logicalis.
Brief phone screen, followed by in person interview. There were two interviewers. Questions mostly regarding customer service and behavioral, as well as some technical questions. Interviewers were kind. Positive experience overall.
