Mission: To democratize discovery
We raised $25M
Logikcull has a team dedicated to giving back. Check out what we are going and what's to come!
Before you can understand and convince someone of anything you need to know the why. Why build this feature? Why solve this problem? Why hire this person? Why promote this person? We always start with the why and work backwards from there.
The Golden Rule. Treat others (customers, employees, partners, etc.) the way you want to be treated and always do the right thing.
We will move heaven and earth for our customers. It is our job to ensure every customer is successful using Logikcull and we always do the right thing and put customers first.
Our job is to remove complexity in everything we do. This requires a relentless pursuit to build systems and software that are powerfully simple.
When you can quickly and easily reveal what’s inside data you can facilitate faster access to justice and information, for everyone.
We’ll tell you the WHY and the WHAT, but you need to figure out the HOW. Figuring out the HOW is where you master your skills.
Our team-first approach highlights the strengths of each player, and puts you in the best position to succeed.
Share your ideas and don’t be scared to take risks. Help each other out. Give back to your community, and treat everyone the same way you want to be treated. We value culture over competence.
It’s pretty simple. Put customers first. Work hard with clear, achievable goals in mind that will move the needle. And always be willing to help out where you’re needed.
Just do the right thing, put in the effort and be a team player. Those are the kinds of people we look for, and how we’ve built a winning team.
I have been working at Logikcull full-time (More than a year)
It's all hands on deck, you can literally feel the rocketship taking off. The exec team has taken the time to really listen to not only our customers but our internal team as well. As a result we have seen a huge number of wins from onboarding new customers to internal opportunities. It's an exciting time to be at the company!
Not a con for me but I know it is for some, you will be doing WAY more than what was on your job description!
Advice to Management
Keep listening and keep up the great work
I applied online. I interviewed at Logikcull.
Applied online. First phone interview with talent/recruiting. Second phone call with the hiring manager. On-site interview with multiple team members, including senior management. Everyone was positive, respectful, and actively engaged with me throughout the process.
