I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Login Consulting Services in September 2014.
Reviewed and interviewed with Login first. This was to screen and ensure proper fit for the customer
Interviewed via remote with direct customer. This was a way for the customer to provide exact needs for the scope of work.
Interviewed with the end customer. This was to ensure that the candidate was able to communicate and what personality type to fit into the final customer's culture and environment.
After these interviews there was a debriefing of the customer, what pitfalls and issues were awaiting and how to review this with the customer in a tactful and meaningful way without putting off the single point of contact.
It was important that the candidate be able to engage in a positive way the points of contact, project sponsor and ensure the candidate understood who they were working for as there were multiple managers and contacts. It was important to develop the relationship so that we could discuss their needs and make it a tangible requirement.
