I have been working at Lollicup USA full-time (More than a year)
Laid back environment, physical labor not to intense. Set days off when on 12 HR shifts are nice to plan around.
Schedule changes too often, pay grade for lead positions, are the same as entry level operators, not incentives and no room for advancement.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lollicup USA.
Went into the store and gave them my resume and then was asked to fill out a form that included some simple math questions. I don't think I actually passed the math portion because I haven't done any math in awhile BUT when you are actually working there the math is not complicated at all and management should know that so don't sweat it. Got called in for an interview the next day, met the manager and basically kept with positive, friendly answers. i.e. love working with a team, have experience in customer service. Not a hard interview, got the job right afterward.
