I have been working at Lone Star Steakhouse full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hands down, the people I work with make a great work experience. I've seen a lot come and go, but those who remained have been like family.

    Cons

Corporate is stingy, does not seem to care about its employees. Too many in house changes that guests can't keep up with.

    Advice to Management

My management team is perfect, but I've seen others who just don't have common sense.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Lone Star Steakhouse (Lake Elsinore, CA) in June 2016.

    Interview

Very casual and informal interview process- more conversational if anything. I basically just showed up, described my work experience, history with sales and customer service. There were not many questions to answer, more "tell me about yourself" "tell me about a time" type of conversation.
