Mission: Long Motor Corporation will deliver first-class customer service that will attract and retain customers providing opportunities for growth and advancement to its employees.
I worked at Long Motor Corp full-time (More than 3 years)
Large office with support from floor supervisors, Lead lines to call for help or support if you need it. One full week of training before you take the phones. Easy to move up to lead or supervisor is that's what you want.
Company has transferred to an accountant and management style change to micro management and the focus on the bottom line not on the customer. Long relationship with customers, most know the routine and just give the order.
Advice to Management
High turnover rate is costing more than new personal, the cost of training and the mistakes new employees make add to over all cost and image of any company. Telling the employees your going to break over a monetary threshold this year and cutting bonus is telling them you intend to break that threshold on their backs and they are not part of the company anymore. Not valued, not appreciated, not even a consideration.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Long Motor Corp (Lenexa, KS) in August 2014.
The overall interview process was well developed and organized. Professional HR employees and set up of the interview. Good first impression of the employees and company. Interview question were well written and matched job skills. The total disconnect comes when you go to the call center.
