Advice to Management
Lack of communication of change results in not knowing who is responsible for critical tasks. Policies and procedural updates should occur regularly. Do not promote or move people to lateral positions without knowing what they are responsible for in their current positions and having a plan to ensure responsibilities are handled.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Lonza (Atlanta, GA).
Applied online and was contacted within 2 weeks. Brought in for interview and it was a positive experience. I was told I would hear back from them either way in 1-2 weeks, which I did.
