I have been working at Los Angeles Community Hospitals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fellow staff members are awesome, this is what has kept me here. Easy going supervisors, great team work. Night shift is the way to go

    Cons

Limited resources, high turnover rate, poor pay rates, administration is a joke, Drs never put in their own orders and threaten your job if you tell them you can't place their orders.

    Advice to Management

Pay your nurses better and maybe you won't lose them
