I worked at Lottomatica full-time (More than 5 years)

Working here was satisfying because the routine changed very rapidly and was a great technical opportunity with wireless technology, low voltage DC, millimeter and centimeter adjustment, micro and macro voltages.

Hours worked changed regularly...not an 8 to 5 job...worked as an exempt employee all the time.

    Advice to Management

Raises were applied annually with above average performance. Compensation was fair and overtime was available. People were very nice internally and externally. We trained ourselves with electrical and electronic engineer skills applied everyday.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Lottomatica (Rome (Italy)) in May 2013.

A face to face interview with many detailed and technical questions such as: what types of EJB are there? How would you use EJB's in a distributed system? Do you know about Oracle databases? Are you able to write complicate queries? There were two interviewers, one technical and one manager.
