    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Lotus Exim International (New York, NY) in January 2011.

    Interview

Completely focused on ability to work in a fast paced environment. Aptitude to work in a family owned business. Willingness to take initiative and the drive to bring open items to close without much supervision.

    • Describe how you will convince a difficult customer to buy our products and services over competition?
