Great parent company... Just got a new EVP! He's a sales type guy. We hear he's a sales guy and think great tools are coming!
Current management is a good group of guys but not sales focused.We need attention getters and he's the type.
Advice to Management
Let's get our new EVP involved and in the action. We hear he's all about the team. We have been through a lot let's get this guy involved.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Louis and Company (Portland, OR) in April 2009.
Company uses recruiters when they can so as not to big down the minuscule HR department so it's a long and lengthy process. 2 interviews with hiring manager then more calls and faxed documents to and from the recruiter and corporate hr
Relocation and salary were both acceptable as written
