We are proud of the outstanding work Love’s and Speedco teams are doing across the country as they support the nation’s essential trucking industry during the COVID-19 response. As a sign of Love’s continuing appreciation for those teams, we are extending the pay increases and free employee meals through May 12.
Our team members are the heart of Love’s operations. We want to thank them for the hard work and dedication they’ve shown to America’s professional truckers in a national emergency. Love’s is giving our store employees a $2/hour raise for an indefinite period and a bonus as a token of our gratitude for all they do. “Unprecedented times means unprecedented measures and that’s what Love’s is doing as a company,” said Shane Wharton, president of Love’s. “The fantastic work of these employees deserves to be rewarded. By serving professional drivers, they’re a part of getting America’s vital goods, including medical and food supplies, delivered throughout the country.”

Love’s has two primary kinds of stores. Our ‘Country Stores’ are fueling stations with a convenience store attached. The larger Love’s Travel Stops are located on interstate highways and offer additional amenities such as food from restaurant chains such as Subway, Arby’s and Carl’s Jr., trucking supplies, showers and RV dump stations.
Love's has been at the forefront of the convenience store and travel center industry for half a century. We were among the first to offer self-serve gasoline and groceries at the same time. We led the way on fresh deli sandwiches, quick-service restaurants and gift and novelty items, too.
And we’re searching for new ways to serve drivers through innovations such as our Truck Tire Care centers with roadside assistance service and getting drivers paid for their freight bills through our freight factoring group: Love's Financial.
Love’s was founded on the values of integrity, customer focus, strong work ethic, innovation and perseverance. Tom Love displayed all of these as he built Love’s from the ground up – from one small filling station in western Oklahoma in 1964 to more than 500 Love’s locations coast to coast. These core values are the keys to our success. But Tom didn’t do it by himself.

If you work hard at your job at loves they advance within the company. Your schedule is pretty much the same every week and weekly pay.
I havent found any...like most places working with the public can be stressful but you cant let one person ruin your whole day
Advice to Management
I don't have much advice just look forward to keep moving up in the company
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores (Oklahoma City, OK) in October 2019.
1st round-technical. It was mainly focus on my Data skillset. Plus,they extensively look for Tableau Certified professional. Interview was very easy. They asked me about python and SQL as well. At the end, your skillset would matter 50% and your confidence would matter 50%
