They have good benefits and covered parking.

The company overall uses very dated practices, including software that is over 10 years old. They claim to be a 3D BIM firm but they only use 2D components from 2007 AutoCAD. The principals and Project Managers are all narcissistic and in constant competition with one another over who is the better architect, leader or Tea Maker. The office culture was depressing, male dominant and age sixty and above. It’s a small firm, so it seems to take very experienced people a very long time to promote to management. Telling by the older beat up cars, compared to the CEO’s, even the more seasoned employees are probably not making much in salary. The firm also seems to work in a constant fear that business will slow down and die, just like it did in 2008.
